I graduated from Temasek Polytechnic in the year 2005. I started off as a management trainee and was drawing a monthly salary of $1500 per month back then; I felt frustrated and began to seek better job opportunities.
Carey is a friend whom I contact rather frequently. Through her, she shared with me her career in Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) and introduced Ern Ern to me subsequently. I was then referred to attend the Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) base camp. That was also my first encounter with the organisation and the chairman, Mr Peter Tan. During the camp, Peter Tan shared the organisation culture of Love, trust and respect. He left a great impact by emphasizing on the importance of placing our family first. This is something where a lot of successful organisation doesn’t look into.
Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) has a proven system where it provides adequate training and discipline to make sure new agents suceed. Apart from wanting to succeed in the insurance career, I would want to join an organisation that give me the opportunity be an entrepreneur as well. Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) is a unique organisation that allows me to do that.
Surprising it may seem to the outsiders, but Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) is more of like a big family where we witness the senior agents are utmost willing to lend a helping hand to the junior agents. In addition, the selfless guidance that Peter Tan and the managers provide is definitely worth mentioning. Till date, after more than 2 years in Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®), I have made a number of good friends, where we run our career together.
